The maternity policy has been extended from 84 days to 200 days of paid maternity leave, allowing new mothers ample time to bond with their newborns without the stress of an impending return to work. In addition, the company offers the option for new mothers to work from home for one year post-delivery, coupled with an additional allowance for the newborn.
