How long is the certification valid?
Certification is valid for 12 months from the date of approval.
What happens if our organisation does not qualify?
The final certification approval fee is not charged. Your organisation receives a confidential scorecard, gap analysis, improvement roadmap and consultation.
Can we reapply?
Yes. Organisations that do not yet meet the standard may reapply the following year, with the registration fee waived for that reapplication.
Who is eligible for the launch offer?
The launch offer applies to the first 20 organisations accepted into the programme and waives the registration fee.
Does employee feedback form part of certification?
Yes. Employee verification is one of the five stages of the certification process.
Can we use the certification badge publicly?
Certified organisations receive the digital certification badge and certification mark usage rights for the valid certification period.
