Nayomini Weerasooriya has spent thirty years as an entrepreneur, founding Niche in 1995 and Communica Solutions in 2020. That work has meant managing the narrative and reputation of businesses across local and global markets, and building and growing both companies while managing multiple fronts as a female entrepreneur.
It has also meant twenty-five years in marketing, journalism and professional writing, sitting across the table from business leaders, listening to them and learning from them, while sharing her own expertise with others taking the plunge into entrepreneurship. She has mentored many and shared her business know-how across several platforms, including Satyn, Sri Lanka's leading English-language women's magazine, which she founded in 1998. As a business owner, an entrepreneur and a voice of empowerment, she brings insight shaped by a genuinely independent point of view.
