Who can enter?
Any organization (Private and Public) operating in Sri Lanka for over 3 years.
Terms and Conditions
The initial submission of the application and the supporting documents should be according to the respective timelines and formats given
Shortlisted companies are required to make a presentation
Canvassing in any form will be liable for disqualification
The judges hold the final decision on declining applications that do not meet the entry criteria
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will not be entered into by the judges with regard to that decision
In the event the information provided by the applicant is found to be incorrect, the evaluating panel will reserve the right to withdraw the award anytime.
Judges Panel
The Awards are evaluated by an esteemed panel of judges, headed by Dr Samantha Rathnayaka.
Assessment Criteria
Once the preliminary round is concluded, the Chair/CEO with senior managers of the top 20 shortlisted organizations will be invited to deliver a fifteen-minute presentation to the panel of judges, which will be followed by a five-minute interview.
Confidentiality
All information submitted will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality by the organizers as well as the panel of judges.

This competition comprises of two rounds.

Final – 15-minute presentation – June 2026 onwards
Companies selected for the final round will be notified in May with 2 weeks’ notice
to prepare for the presentation.
