Exercise need not be a complicated routine – it can be a simple effort that you start everyday.

Exercise helps you live longer, healthier and fitter ; we must find ways to exercise, no matter how busy we are. It also means engaging in any physical activity for at least 30 mins a day. This results in cardio health and ensures a healthy heart.
Staying fit means better health and you can do just about anything else in life.
How to incorporate exercise into your daily routine.
Exercise at the same time everyday –
This way, you will be able to build exercise into your daily routine as your everyday workout. Make sure you keep that time slot free and as you go on, you will be able to incorporate it into your daily schedule without much of an effort.
Remember not to do anything else but exercise during that time slot.
Choose a routine you like –
It is good to start with an easy routine to work out until you can master it. Once you are good at it, you can move on to challenging routines that will offer you more workout benefits. Stay fit in few easy steps everyday in this manner.
Remember that each one has a different approach to workouts ; you need to find what you like and what you are good at.
However keep in mind that all exercise routines must include cardio exercise, weights, stretching and other consistent routines that will help you develop over-all results.
Manage your food and drink –
Working out alone is not enough to ensure over-all fitness – you need to be mindful of what you eat and drink.
Stick to healthy alternatives and be aware of your calorie intake ; avoid processed food and drinks as much as possible and choose complex carbs such as brown rice, brown bread and legumes. Add vegetables and fruit to your daily diet as much as possible.
Be aware of your own level of fitness –
Go one step at a time – you cannot master it all at once. Choose levels of fitness to achieve before moving on to challenging and difficult routines.
Once you are confident of your level of fitness – for an example, you can increase the weights you use – you can start with 01kg, go up to 02 kg, 05kg and 08 kg – and even from there, to increase your capacity.
Keep in mind that your endurance level will increase as you continue your workout schedules. This means your body is making use of the exercise time to grow muscle and strength while also enhancing over-all health, wellness and fitness.
Remember to include rest in your schedule –
As much as you workout, you must also be able to include a period of rest – either as a part of the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout which recommends working out with resting periods in between for greater efficiency – or as a part of your daily routine.
